♡ Do not claim the art you receive as your own.♡ When commissioning me, I will provide you with updates throughout the entire progress. To start off, I will do 1-3 rough pose sketches for you to choose from. Unused poses may be recycled for future use.♡ I reserve the right to decline/refund your commission at any given point in time for any reason.♡ You may cancel your commission before completion only if I have not already started working on lineart/colors/shading. You will be refunded 50% of what you paid me initially. Refunds may be delayed as art is my only income, and it can be difficult for me to obtain money.♡ When reposting this art, please always credit me.♡ You are allowed to resale/trade the character & art I have done for you but not allowed to resale for more than what you paid for. The only exception for this is if the design/character has additional art.♡ You cannot use my art for commercial use unless you pay my commercial fees. Commercial use is 300% of the original price.♡ I hold the right to upload the art I do for you on my social platforms or as advertisements/examples.♡ I may take several breaks throughout commissions for my mental health. I have C-PTSD and I'm a very avid maladaptive daydreamer. If you don't know what that means, it basically means that I have very intense daydreams that I can get stuck in for hours to days. Between this and having a system of alters, I'm unaware of how much time passes. A month feels like a week to me. It can take up to 1-3 months at the time of me starting on your commission. I may have time to sketch things in between other commissions but top of the queue is always a priority. That being said, you are more than welcome to poke me about your commission but do so in a gentle way, please.♡ If you send me a collection of images of random characters/aesthetics/irl images without actual art of the character, I will charge you for a custom.♡ You are absolutely not allowed to make NFTs with my art/designs or any other similar block-chain product/etc. You're also not allowed to use my art for any AI related things, regardless of whether you paid for it or not.♡ Designs won in raffles are not allowed to be resold. They may be gifted or traded.
